Clark LeBlanc, Licensed Physical Therapist/Owner, OCS - Clark graduated from LSU School of Allied Health in New Orleans in 1989. After two years of hospital practice, he joined the MTSPTS team in 1991. He specializes in orthopedics, joint replacements and vestibular rehab (vertigo symptoms). Clark is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, as well as a Certified Dry Needling Practitioner.
Avery Doerle, Doctor of Physical Therapy, MTC, CAFS - A graduate of The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, FL in 2012, Avery became a member of the MTSPTS team in 2012. In 2013, Avery received his Manual Therapy Certification (Spine and Extremities), as well as a Certification in Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute.
Jason Oliver, Physical Therapist Assistant - After 10 years of PTA experience in clinical practice settings elsewhere, Jason joined the MTSPTS team in 2009. His current work experience focuses on outpatient orthopedics.

In addition to our standard physical therapy services, our Lafayette clinic offers aquatic therapy with two heated indoor pools, massage therapy, Pilates, and wellness programs with a fully equipped gym.
Mike Sheffield, Licensed Physical Therapist/Owner - Mike graduated form LSU School of Allied Health Sciences-New Orleans in 1978. He has 35 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings including hospital acute care, out-patient, sports medicine (team therapist for high school athletics), home health, and skilled nursing home care. Mike specializes in orthopedics, sports injuries and rehabilitation, joint replacements, arthritis, and soft tissue disorders (using the Graston technique in his treatments). Mike received the Dave Warner Award for distinguished service to the Louisiana Physical Therapy Association. (LPTA)
Brian Soignier, Licensed Physical Therapist/Owner, FAFS, CAFS, Nike Golf Specialist (NG360) - After graduating from LSU Health Science Center - Shreveport in 2001, Brian began practicing with the MTSPT team specializing in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation and in the evaluation and treatment of foot/ankle abnormalities including custom fabrication of foot orthotics. Brian completed an Applied Functional Science Fellowship from the Gray Institute and is currently serving as a consulting physical therapist for the University of Louisiana-Lafayette’s Ragin’ Cajun Athletic Training Room and LSU-HSC Physical Therapy. He is the Director of Wellness at McLeod-Trahan-Sheffield Physical Therapy Services.
Roxanne Touchet, Licensed Physical Therapist - Roxanne graduated from LSU Health Science Center - Shreveport in 1990 and has been in practice for 23 years, 20 of those years with the MTSPTS Team. Roxanne specializes in aquatic physical therapy and F.C.E.’s (Functional Capacity Evaluations). Roxanne is the Aquatic Director at McLeod-Trahan-Sheffield Physical Therapy Services.
Ellen DeValcourt, Doctor of Physical Therapy - Ellen is a 2002 graduate of the LSU Health Science Center-Shreveport and was voted the Outstanding Student of the School of Allied Health Sciences class of 2002. She is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Instructor for education of physical therapy students for P.T. programs from LSU – New Orleans and Shreveport, University of St. Augustine, and University of South Alabama. Ellen specializes in orthopedics, neurological conditions and vertigo symptoms (vestibular rehabilitation).
Byrnes Tatford, Doctor of Physical Therapy - Byrnes is a 2015 graduate of University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL. He is a Lafayette native and became a member of the MTSPTS team immediately upon graduation from PT school in 2015.
Cole Thompson, Doctor of Physical Therapy - Cole began his journey with MTSPTS during his undergraduate career at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science focusing in Kinesiology. He continued his studies at the University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine, Florida where he graduated with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in December 2015. While at U.S.A, Cole achieved the Stanley V. Paris and Catherine E. Patla Award for Excellence in Manual Therapy.
Ally Abshire, Physical Therapist Assistant - Ally graduated from Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge in 2009. She is an APTA Credentialed Clinical Coordinator for education of physical therapy assistant students for P.T.A. programs from Our Lady of the Lake, Delgado College, and Louisiana College. Ally specializes in core stabilization therapeutic exercises.
Tiffany Bishop, Physical Therapist Assistant - Tiffany received her BS degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette and is a 2009 graduate of Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge. She specializes in core stabilization therapeutic exercises.
Koby Carrigee, Physical Therapist Assistant - Koby received a BS from University of Louisiana-Lafayette in 2006 and is a 2014 graduate of Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge.
Melissa Britt, Licensed Massage Therapist - Melissa has over 11 years of experience in a multitude of massage techniques and has practiced here, as part the MTSPTS team, for the last 8 years. She specializes in soft and deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, and myofacial release.
Cloey Wofford, Wellness Coordinator, CAFS, CPT - Cloey has a B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in health and wellness from the University of Louisiana-Lafayette. She has expressed her passion for wellness the last 7 years as an aerobics instructor, dance instructor and has received her certification in Applied Functional Science (CAFS) through the Gray Institute. Cloey has also received her certification for personal training from International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA).
Lindsey Floris, Licensed Massage Therapist - Lindsey has practiced massage therapy since 2010 and has been a member of the MTSPTS team since 2015. She specializes in soft and deep tissue massage and also has training in whiplash and myoskeletal techniques.

MTSPTS opened its Youngsville clinic in 2003 and our dedicated staff has been proudly serving the expanding Youngsville area ever since. We moved into our newly constructed facility in 2007.
John Bienvenu, Doctor of Physical Therapy - John is a 2006 graduate of LSU Health Sciences Center – New Orleans and completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2008 at Rocky Mountain University in Provo, Utah. He has practiced physical therapy in Metairie, LA, Birmingham, AL, as well as Charleston, SC before finally returning home to Lafayette and joining MTSPTS in 2014.
Sarah Prejean, Doctor of Physical Therapy - Sarah is a Lafayette native who has a passion for serving others throughout her community. She earned her Bachelor's degree from the University of Louisiana - Lafayette in Kinesiology in 2012. She joined the MTSPTS team in 2015 after graduating from LSU Health Science Center in Shreveport, Louisiana with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
John (J.D.) Boudreaux, PT, LAT, ATC, SCS - J.D. received a Bachelor of Science degree from McNeese State University in 2003 as well as a Masters of Physical Therapy from LSU Health Sciences Center-Shreveport in 2005. He is nationally certified as an athletic trainer and obtained his Sports Certified Specialist certification through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2011. J.D. has over ten years of experience as a dual credentialed sports medicine professional, and has spent seven years managing acute athletic injuries and directing the post-surgical rehabilitation of high level athletes at the collegiate level. J.D. is a certified practitioner of Functional Dry Needling.
